This is a picture of the Petra Treasury in Jordan. The structure was created by carving directly into the rock face. This view was made famous by the film Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade. I guess Indiana and the Penultimate Crusade just didn't scan well. I used high dynamic range (hdr) processing to get the detail from the dark rocks of the siq on either side.
